Michelle Kaur

Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Leicester in 2016. She pursued the Legal Practice Course and graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction from the Leicester De Montfort Law School in 2017. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.

Prior to joining Kennedys Legal Solutions, Michelle practiced at an international law firm and specialised in family law related matters, wills & probate, civil and personal injury claims.

Michelle’s main area of practice currently is defence litigation work which includes personal injury and property damage motor claims, work injury compensation and common law work injury claims, public liability and occupier’s liability claims, advising on regulatory law and drafting as well as alternative dispute resolution.
