Aloysius is a Senior Associate in the Kennedys Aviation team in Singapore with a focus on international dispute resolution.
Aloysius practises commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has acted in several complex cross-border disputes, including international arbitration matters under various institutional rules, with a focus on the energy, commodities, and infrastructure sectors. He has also acted as tribunal secretary and/or assistant for various arbitral tribunals in commercial and investment arbitration matters.
Aloysius graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and also obtained an LLM from the University of Cambridge under a British Chevening Scholarship. He is a dual-qualified lawyer in Singapore and in England & Wales and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb).
