Laki Breeze

Laki is a senior associate based in Kennedy’s Sheffield office. She qualified in 2010 and specialises in casualty claims. 

Laki advises and represents large insurance companies and corporate entities in connection with all types of casualty work, including acting for large construction companies, hotel chains, service and facilities providers.

She deals with a broad range of personal injury claims both in terms of value and liability complexity and those involving multiple parties. She regularly deals with high value claims involving claimants with significant injuries with a specific interest in traumatic brain injuries.

Laki’s background in claimant work prior to joining Kennedys in 2016 gives her invaluable insight and perspective which she is able to bring to bear during the litigation process and when conducting alternative dispute resolution.

Laki also supervises litigation assistants and solicitor apprentices within her team.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in England and Wales in 2010.
