Víctor is a legal director in Kennedys' Chile office, where he coordinates the data, technology and innovation practice for corporate clients. He qualified in Chile in 2015 and specialises in data protection, cybersecurity, financial regulation and payment systems. Víctor has experience in several practice areas, including data protection, regulated markets and e-commerce.
Víctor has advised major corporate clients on managing risks related to data protection and technology agreements. He has also been called upon on several occasions to advise financial regulators and other public authorities on payment systems and data protection.
