Rachel Rosenzweig is special counsel in the Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes and risk transfer matters, including representing national insurers in complex coverage disputes. Rachel handles diverse coverage issues including additional insured endorsements, applicable policy exclusions, allocation amongst insurers, excess claims, and bad faith claims under commercial and personal policies. She also advises clients on risk transfer issues and handles coverage disputes, including litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate actions.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Rachel represented insurers in insurance coverage matters at a Philadelphia firm and managed third-party litigation claims while on secondment in-house for a Fortune 500 company.
