Bill Accordino is an associate in our New York office. His current practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes involving complex commercial litigation, including securities class actions and derivative suits, arising under directors and officers (D&O) liability policies.

Bill has experience representing domestic and international insurers in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation in insurance coverage disputes involving a variety of underlying matters, including securities class actions, derivative actions, and governmental and private antitrust litigation. Bill also has experience with prosecuting securities class actions on behalf of investors in publicly traded companies and litigating commercial contract disputes.

Bill received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University – Camden and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, Bill interned with Justice Eileen Bransten in the New York Supreme Court’s Commercial Division and the Securities Arbitration Clinic. Bill has been practicing since 2018 and is admitted to practice in New York state and federal courts.
