Thomas is an associate in the New York office. His practice focus on complex insurance coverage disputes including those arising under directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability, professional liability, and financial institutions liability.
Thomas has experience representing domestic and international insurers in various federal and state courts on a wide range of subject matters including errors and omissions (E&O), employment practices liability, property/casualty claims, and extra-contractual insurance claims.
Thomas received his Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from William & Mary Law School. During law school, Thomas served as a judicial intern for Chief United States District Judge Joy Flowers Conti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and, following law school, Thomas worked for the Honourable Damon J. Faldowski of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, Pennsylvania.
