Kristen is an associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Kristen has experience handling matters involving premises liability, negligent security, property damage and subrogation. Additionally, Kristen handles cases involving commercial building owners, general contractors and subcontractors in actions brought pursuant to New York Labor Law.
Kristen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College, and her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. While pursuing her law degree, Kristen was the Executive Articles Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. At St. John’s, she also served as a fellow for the Center for International and Comparative Law. During law school, Kristen served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Linda S. Jamieson of the New York State Supreme Court, County of Westchester.

Work highlights
- Obtained a defense verdict in Kings County, New York, on a labor law case involving a construction site accident that was initially reported on day one as a finger laceration. However, the following day the plaintiff went to a different hospital and claimed that he fell 14 feet from a ladder in an attempt to trigger liability under Labor Law 240(1), after which he never returned to work and alleged a causally related cervical fusion.
