Eliana is an associate in the New York office.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Eliana served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s office where she prosecuted hundreds of cases at the grand jury and trial level including attempted murders, armed robberies, and assaults. Eliana tried two cases to verdict during 2024 and 2025.

Eliana has volunteered as a Judge in the New York Statewide High School Mock Trial Tournament held at the Eastern District of New York. She received her undergraduate degree from Lehman College, City University of New York in 2019, and her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 2022 after completing an accelerated law school program.
