Caroline is an associate in the New York office. She represents self-insured entities and insured commercial businesses in areas of construct defect, construction site injuries, New York Labor Law, construction litigation, commercial litigation, general liability and motor vehicle accidents.

Caroline focuses her practice on defending all manner of construction related claims including defense of design professionals, owners, developers and contractors in construction defect actions involving claims concerning overall design and structural issues as well as code violations, claims of damage to neighboring properties during construction, architectural and engineering errors and omissions and claims for delay damages. Issues relating to insurance coverage and contract interpretation including analysis and application of contractual indemnification provisions are often a component of these cases.

While in law school, Caroline was an Executive Articles Editor for the New York International Law Review and a Student Fellow in the Center for International and Comparative Law. She spent her 1L summer studying comparative international law at the University of Cambridge, and her 2L spring semester at the University of Glasgow studying public international law and healthcare law. Caroline interned at various offices, including Henderson Chambers, a commercial barristers’ chambers in London and the Old Course at St. Andrews.
