Marc is an Associate in the financial lines insurance team in Kennedys’ Melbourne office. He specialises in professional indemnity and director and officer liability claims.

Marc assists insurer clients on complex coverage matters involving financial institutions, securities class actions, The Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry, accountants and auditors.

Marc also assists in representing insureds in claims against building professionals, financial institutions, real estate agents, accountants, financial advisors and medical practitioners.

Before joining Kennedys, Marc gained significant experience at other leading insurance law firms within the insurance financial lines sector.
