Amy Diu

Amy is an Associate in Kennedys’ Melbourne office specialising in insurance litigation and coverage. She has acted for various insurers and policyholders in complex multi-party disputes. Amy has experience with directors' and officers' liability, professional indemnity claims, contentious coverage and commercial litigation.

Prior to admission, Amy gained extensive experience in the financial services sector, having previously worked in the legal department of a large bank in Hong Kong and at a Big Four accounting firm in their financial services regulatory and compliance team.
