Rebecca Boothman

Rebecca is an associate solicitor in our Manchester employment team. She specialises in employment law and advises employers on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. She acts for commercial clients of varying size, as well as for large insurers and their insureds.

Rebecca handles a range of litigated employment tribunal claims, including for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. Rebecca also advises clients on a range of non-contentious employment issues, including dealing with grievances, performance and conduct issues, ill-health issues, changes to terms and conditions of employment and redundancy. She also negotiates and drafts settlement agreements, and regularly drafts, reviews and updates employment contracts and policies for employer clients.

Rebecca provides regular training and employment law updates to both commercial and insurer clients, both in-person and via live webinars.

Rebecca is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
