Kiah Ashbarry

Kiah is an associate in Kennedys’ Bermuda office and is a member of the commercial litigation and insurance teams. Kiah joined Kennedys in 2018 and qualified as an associate into the financial lines and professional indemnity team in Manchester in 2020, before transferring to the Bermuda office in 2024.

Kiah has a strong background in contentious insurance disputes including defending a wide range of professional negligence claims, and is developing her expertise in complex, high-value commercial litigation. Kiah also advises insurers and reinsurers on coverage issues and policy disputes, with a particular focus on professional indemnity and directors’ and officers’ liability.
