Gordon qualified in 1987 and specialises in liability claims. He is a partner in the Manchester office and handles pre and post litigation work including small claims, fast and multi-track employers’ and public liability claims.

Gordon also advises on motor liability matters involving road traffic incidents, disease matters, contract/indemnity, and product liability across all sectors. His team represents a range of clients including insurers, transport risks, food manufacturers and local authorities.

Gordon’s claims often involve high value and politically sensitive litigation. His experience includes advising on liability, quantum, strategies and tactics and technical formal requirements pre-action protocols. He also advises on health and safety issues.
