Sarah is a senior associate based in Kennedys’ London office. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2016. Sarah is also qualified as an attorney and counsellor at law in New York.
Sarah specialises in employment law representing a broad spectrum of employers from small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) to large employers, including unionised employers. These are spread across various industry sectors and include transport, insurance, healthcare, professional services, charities, and not-for-profit organisations.
Sarah handles a broad range of litigated employment tribunal claims, from unfair dismissal and breach of contract claims to complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
In addition, Sarah provides day-to-day assistance and advice on contentious and non-contentious HR matters and issues ranging from disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing ill health and performance issues and reorganisations/redundancies. Sarah is also familiar with reviewing and drafting employment related contracts, policies and procedures.
Sarah also supervises trainee solicitors in the London office.
