Kieran is an associate working in Kennedys’ products law and life science team in London.

Kieran has a strong life science background, completing a BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science at the University of Sheffield with a year at the National University of Singapore prior to his legal career. He acts for insurers and manufacturers in relation to product liability, product safety and regulatory matters, with a focus on medical devices, mass tort and group litigation. He has worked for clients across the world in the medical device, car manufacturing, sports safety equipment, consumer products, cosmetics and tobacco industries.

Kieran additionally has experience working with insurers regarding policy, coverage and defence matters, particularly in relation to professional indemnity and higher education institution claims.
