Heather Lynch is an associate in Kennedys’ London office and sits within the international arbitration and commercial litigation team.

Heather has experience acting for international conglomerates, domestic companies, insurers, and ultra-high net worth individuals and their businesses.

Heather has a broad practice, and has experience working on high value commercial claims in relation to breach of contract, debt claims, defamation and white collar crime.

Heather has also had experience reviewing and drafting SLA’s and commercial contracts.

Heather has specific interest and experience in the sports sector, acting for high net worth individuals and athletes including within Formula 1 and IndyCar. Heather has co-authored several articles within this field.
