Dorotea Sikorska

Dorotea qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2016 and joined Kennedys in March 2018. Dorotea specialises in employment law acting for employers across various industry sectors, such as insurance, transport, professional services, healthcare and charities.

Dorotea advises employers on a wide range of employment issues including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, employment status, whistleblowing and all forms of discrimination.

In addition, Dorotea provides day-to-day guidance to employers on a range of internal employment related issues including drafting of contracts of employment, policies and procedures.

Dorotea is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
