Roger Mackle

Roger is a senior associate who joined our Leeds office in 2021.

Roger has many years of experience working as an insurance law specialist, dealing with a broad spectrum of insurance claims. Roger's work focuses on catastrophic and large loss injury claims, including brain injuries, amputations and paralysis, as well as mTBI, FND, chronic pain and fatigue. Roger's work involves cross-border disputes with issues over jurisdiction and applicable law. Roger also deals with fraudulent claims and other complex claims.

Roger acts as client relationship manager and technical adviser to various insurance clients. Roger is a member of the FOIL Motor special focus team involving him in horizon-gazing and strategic activity in the motor insurance space. Roger embraces technology and innovation to promote best practice. Roger is a regular contributor to Kennedys' client insights and thought leadership. Roger regularly provides training to insurer clients via webinar and in person.
