Esti Halachmi

Esti is a senior associate working in Kennedys Israel office. She was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2014 and is practicing litigation and claims settling, in general torts and insurance matters. She is experienced both in personal injury claims and property claims.

Esti specializes in property damage claims, including, inter-alia, product liability, professional liability, director's and officer's liability, fire and flooding damages, construction all risks, subrogation, and general civil litigation. Esti also specialized in personal injuries, work accidents, occupational diseases and claims involving the National Insurance Institute.

Esti represents insurers and their insureds in all Israeli courts' instances and in mediation proceedings.

Esti's practice includes awarding advise on coverage regarding Israeli insurance law to insurers and reinsure.
