Joshua is a Senior Associate in Kennedys Financial Lines Team in Hong Kong.  Qualified in Hong Kong, he specialises in financial lines insurance, including professional indemnity insurance, directors’ and officers’ liability insurance, investment management liability insurance and crime insurance.

Joshua also has extensive experience in handling a wide range of complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, including reinsurance, directors and shareholders, and insolvency disputes.
