Joshua is a senior associate in Kennedys financial lines team in Hong Kong. Dual qualified in Hong Kong and Australia, he specialises in financial lines insurance, including professional indemnity insurance, directors’ and officers’ liability insurance, investment management liability insurance and crime insurance.

Joshua is a member of our APAC cyber & data privacy practice that provides cyber incident response services, advises on data privacy law and coverage under cyber insurance policies, and handles investigations commenced by data protection regulators.

Joshua also has extensive experience in handling a wide range of complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, including reinsurance, directors and shareholders, and insolvency disputes.

Joshua is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
