Damian is an associate in the Miami office and focuses his practice on insurance coverage. He is barred in the state of Florida.

Damian is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude. During his time there, he served as a staff editor for Miami’s Inter-American Law Review. He also served under the University of Miami Bankruptcy Clinic where he assisted low-income clients in obtaining relief through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 procedures in federal bankruptcy court.

While in law school, Damian worked as a legal intern in the Southern District of Florida for Senior Judge Paul C. Huck’s chambers. Prior to joining Kennedys, Damian worked with a national litigation firm, where he focused on policyholder coverage.

Damian received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
