Nate is a partner in the firms Chicago office and has focused his career on insurance-related litigation, having begun his practice as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm in Illinois. He has experience representing clients in a number of civil litigation specializations, including personal injury, construction liability, product liability, premises liability, toxic torts, accounting malpractice, commercial transportation and defense of D&O claims. As part of his practice, Nate is involved in all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial. In addition to his defense practice, Nate has experience representing and counseling insurance companies in litigation and disputes involving insurance coverage issues as well as handling complex commercial transactions.
Nate also contributed to the Claims inflation and personal injury claims: a global review report, published in June 2023.
