Ozkan Ucak

Ozkan is an associate within the property, energy and construction team in Kennedys’ London office.

Ozkan deals with defending and pursuing property damage claims arising from various perils. He also deals with construction, engineering, and energy-related claims, including contractors’ all risks (CAR), CPA Model Conditions as well as product liability claims. Ozkan also regularly advises insurers on policy coverage.

He acts for insurers, reinsurers, contractors, energy suppliers and energy distribution network operators, on matters in the UK and internationally.

Ozkan is also fluent in Turkish.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in England and Wales in 2019.
