Christopher Hale

Chris is an Associate in our Chelmsford office. His post-qualification experience to date has focused almost exclusively on defending personal injury claims brought against public and private defendants and ranging from low value claims up to catastrophic loss and claims involving deaths. Chris’ current focus is on EL/PL claims and he advises a range of insurers on various issues including occupier’s liability claims, highways claims and general EL/PL claims.

Chris an author of Kennedys’ Claims Handling Law and Practice Guide, the fourth edition of which was published in February 2021.
