Amy Punchard

Amy joined Kennedys in 2014. As a Senior Associate (non-Solicitor) in our Chelmsford office, she leads a motor liability team. She has more than 10 years’ experience defending personal injury claims for insurers and specialises in procedural and technical disputes arising from motor claims.

Amy advises on all aspects of motor claims including policy indemnity, liability, quantum and credit hire.

Amy actively manages client relationships and provides regular training to insurers and their claims handling agents on various topics. Due to the rapport that she has with clients, Amy often receives direct instructions from insurers, brokers and claims handling agents. Her advice to clients gives consideration to economic tactics and focuses on achieving the best commercial outcome.
