Allison is a partner in the firm’s Basking Ridge office. She was admitted to the state and federal bar of New Jersey in 2011 and the state bar of New York in 2012. Allison serves as a civil trial attorney focusing on insurance defense work. She has represented national corporations, commercial and personal line insurers and their respective insureds in state and federal court as well as through various methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution. The majority of her cases concern automobile liability defense, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and premises liability. Additionally, Allison also has experience with matters involving professional liability, medical negligence, construction site liability, and PIP/No Fault disputes.  

Allison is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association and New Jersey State Bar Association, and serves as an Executive Board member for the Pequannock Township First Aid & Rescue Squad where she has also served as a volunteer EMT since 2002.
