Kennedys sponsors International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI) conference

The IUMI 2022 conference, this year hosted by the American Institute of Marine Underwriters (AIMU), is being held in Chicago and is running 18-21 September.

The International Union of Marine Insurance is a professional body, run by and for its members, which represents national and international marine insurers and considers issues of interest to the worldwide marine insurance industry.

The 2022 conference marks the first time that this annual event has been held in-person since 2019, with 600 marine insurance professionals from around the world attending.

Chicago is an important marine market in the United States and home to the headquarters of a number of major insurance companies and brokers.
