Kennedys adds marine team in New York to solidify tri-coastal practice

Global law firm Kennedys is pleased to welcome two new partners, Stephen Rible and Frank Jordan and associate, Jessica Plutchok who are joining the marine team and are based in the New York office.

Steve’s practice is focused on marine, energy and transportation, with diversified experience representing insurers and reinsurers.  His practice spans both coverage and defense. He is an accomplished federal and state trial lawyer handling complex litigation involving major casualties and other litigation involving marine, energy, hull, protection and indemnity, liability, cargo, air, environmental, pollution, RICO, business interruption, transportation, personal injury, health hazard, and property damage matters.

Frank is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Frank’s practice focuses on aviation, marine and energy, representing insureds and insurers in the defense of complex litigation involving personal injury, toxic torts, environmental pollution and property damage. Frank’s practice also extends into commercial and contractual disputes, including partnership/joint venture disputes, real estate litigation, business torts, and vendor-vendee disputes relating to technology services.
