Jay Hamad, Alex Fumagali and Sneh Patel recently secured a complete defense verdict of no negligence in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case stemmed from a contested liability trucking accident in which the plaintiff alleged that the defendants, Waste Pro and its employee, were negligent in their operation of a Waste Pro sanitation truck. The plaintiff requested the jury award damages totaling more than $6.5 million. At the conclusion of this 4-day trial, the jury returned a verdict for defendants finding they were not negligent.
