Under Michael Hennessy’s appointment, as the new Regional Managing Partner for LATAM and Caribbean, a strategic initiative was launched to expand and diversify capabilities in Mexico, focusing on key areas such as re/insurance, litigation, cross-border transactions, and large-scale commercial operations.
As part of this growth strategy, we are delighted to welcome two highly experienced attorneys to our Mexico City office: Enrique Avila and Alfonso Loera. Each brings over 20 years of legal experience and a proven track record in their respective fields, further bolstering our capabilities in the Mexican market.
Enrique joins as Legal Director, his practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal counsel across a range of matters, with significant experience in cross-border transactions and managing large-scale commercial and financial operations. His insight and strategic approach make him an invaluable asset to clients navigating the complexities of international business.
Alfonso joins as Senior Associate, his practice is centered on litigation, with extensive experience in contentious re/insurance claims, subrogation matters and is well versed in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. His deep understanding of these complex areas ensures that clients receive unparalleled representation and counsel.
