Dive In Festival launches today – Celebrating 10 years

The 10-year anniversary of the world’s largest diversity and inclusion festival, Dive In, begins today with over 130 free virtual and hybrid global events taking place from 24-26 September. All events have CII CPD accreditation, allowing attendees to apply their participation towards professional development requirements, and registration remains open until the day of each event, ensuring broad accessibility for participants worldwide.

Celebrating this milestone year, Dive In announces a star-studded lineup of speakers, including comedian Alex Brooker, fresh from co-hosting The Last Leg at the Paralympics in Paris, who will be speaking at the closing event alongside prominent British sports figure Vicky Gosling OBE. Spanish Paralympic Triathlon Champion Susana Rodríguez will also be leading an event.

Organisations that champion these values foster environments where everyone can thrive, driving not only social impact but also sustainable success.

Since its inception in 2015, Dive In has grown from 18 events in London to over 130 events spanning 53 cities, with more than 128,000 participants attending across the years. The festival has become a global movement supporting the development of inclusive workplace cultures. This year’s event agenda explores a breadth of D&I topics including, but not limited to, fertility in the workplace, racial inclusion, AI, mental health resilience, neurodiversity, invisible disabilities and social mobility. Under the theme “A Sustainable Future: The Next 10 Years”, the festival will highlight the importance of cultivating inclusive cultures that foster innovation and tackle global challenges in the decade ahead.

For the second year, Dive In will also feature the “Dive In to Reverse Mentoring” initiative, designed to bridge generational and cultural divides by enabling junior employees to mentor senior leaders. This cross-industry initiative fosters a culture of shared learning and collaboration, with mentors and mentees engaging on topics ranging from technology to mental health. Registration for this program remains open beyond the festival, offering continued opportunities for professional growth and connection.

Kennedys is, for the seventh consecutive year, very proud to be a global partner of this award-winning sector-wide festival, which was conceived by Inclusion @Lloyd’s, a collaboration between the Corporation of Lloyd’s, IUA, LIIBA, and the Lloyd’s Market Association.

Kennedys partner, and Executive Group member, John Bruce, says: “Diversity and inclusion initiatives, like Dive In, aren’t just about representation – they’re about harnessing the full spectrum of diverse talent, perspectives, and innovation. Organisations that champion these values foster environments where everyone can thrive, driving not only social impact but also sustainable success. Through my involvement with Kennedys’ support of Dive In, I’ve not only gained deeper insight but have become more inspired and energised. I hope this week’s festival sparks that same inspiration and energy in many others.”
