Kennedys launches fourth edition of global legal handbook

We are delighted to announce that we have published the fourth edition of our Global Legal Handbook, outlining the main legal and procedural issues that case handlers may encounter when dealing with claims in various global jurisdictions.

With our growing network of over 70 Kennedys offices, associations and co-operations around the world, this handbook demonstrates our consistent growth in geographical reach and depth of expertise, wherever our clients require it.

The 2023 fourth edition has been expanded to include 13 new country chapters (including Oman and 12 chapters across Latin America), taking the total number of jurisdictions covered to 53.
