Katherine is a Special Counsel with over twelve years’ experience as a practising solicitor, with a predominant focus on insurance. She was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and has conducted litigation in multiple jurisdictions within Australia.
Katherine regularly assists insurers as both defence and coverage counsel, with a primary focus on financial lines and D&O risks. Katherine has a depth of experience in representing professionals, including an extensive background in representing solicitors. Complementing that expertise, Katherine also has been involved in complex commercial litigation.
Katherine has also worked for a London-based insurer. This perspective allows her to better assist her insurer clients.
