Frances Lettieri is Special Counsel in the Insurance Coverage Practice Group. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes and risk transfer matters and represents national insurers in complex coverage and bad faith disputes. Frances handles diverse coverage issues including policy procurement, additional insured endorsements, applicable policy exclusions, allocation amongst insurers, and bad faith claims under both commercial and personal policies. She also advises clients on risk transfer issues and handles coverage disputes, including litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate actions. She also regularly lectures on issues of risk transfer and insurance coverage trends across a variety of industries nationwide.
