Daniel is an associate in the New York office. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation. Daniel has experience handling matters involving premises liability, negligent security, and employer’s liability.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Daniel worked as a prosecutor for eight years both in Baltimore City, Maryland and Brooklyn, New York. Daniel was a member of the Gun Violence Enforce Division in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, where he tried twenty-one cases to verdict as lead prosecutor. Daniel joined the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York, where he worked for five years, including two years in the Homicide Bureau. Daniel tried three homicide cases to verdict, including a case where the Defendant received a 50 years to life sentence for a double-homicide.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University  and is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as the managing editor of the Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class.
