Rekha is a senior associate based in the regulatory team based in Kennedys’ Manchester office. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2012.

Rekha specialises in regulatory defence work, with a particular interest in social care, health and safety and motor crime investigations and prosecutions.

She enjoys a busy practice representing social care providers at inquest, CQC investigations / prosecutions and local authority investigations. She is known to provide pragmatic legal advice with compassion and integrity. Rekha represents a number of national care providers and is often the first port of call following a vast array of incidents.

Rekha continues to represent clients at police interview following serious / fatal road traffic collisions.

Having trained in the civil arena, Rekha is well-versed in managing both insurer and lay clients. 

Rekha is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association.
