Profile

Voirrey is currently an associate in the professional liability team in the London office.   Voirrey qualified into the regulatory team at Kennedys in 2020 and spent over a year acting for and advising the KCTMO (the entity responsible for the Kensington and Chelsea housing stock, including Grenfell Tower) in relation to the public inquiry.

Whilst Voirrey continues to advise on some elements of the Inquiry, she is now focusing on financial lines, with a particular focus on professional liability and D&O.

Voirrey’s professional liability defence work has included claims against a range of professionals, for example, brokers, surveyors, solicitors, barristers, accountants, recruitment agencies and environmental consultants.

Voirrey also has in-house experience having undertaken a client secondment as a professional liability / D&O and FI claims handler.  Separately she assisted insurers in-house with their policy response to business interruption claims made during the Covid-19 pandemic and during the FCA test case.
