  • "Lucy Pragnell, in particular, is a formidable lawyer with an encyclopaedic knowledge of highway claims and the Animals Act 1971. She gets straight to the heart of the claim and gives the client quick and accurate advice about what they need to do and what evidence they need to obtain.
