Commercial landlord and tenant: opposed and unopposed lease renewals; rent arrears recovery; claims for breach of covenant; break notices; dilapidations claims; vacant possession strategy.
Residential landlord and tenant: service charge disputes, rent arrears recovery, possession claims against assured shorthold tenants.
Real property disputes: nuisance and property damage claims; easements (rights of way, rights to light); disputes involving covenants affecting land; party wall disputes; trespass claims; adverse possession claims and boundary disputes.
