Laura is a senior associate based in Kennedys’ London office. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2017.

Laura represents private clinicians, private hospitals and insurers in relation to clinical negligence claims. Laura also had experience in regulatory matters before the General Dental Council and General Medical Council.

She deals with a broad range of clinical negligence claims including high value neurological injuries, orthopaedic injuries, delays in diagnosis of cancer, vascular injuries and cosmetic surgery claims.

Laura also regularly provides pre-action ad hoc advice in respect of disclosure and data protection.

Laura supervises solicitors and litigation assistants in the London, Birmingham and Cambridge offices.

She is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL)
