Kathryn is senior associate based in Kennedys’ London Office. Since qualifying in England and Wales in 2015 Kathryn has specialised in criminal regulatory defence work advising organisations and individuals following major workplace incidents investigations conducted by the Police, Health and Safety Executive, Local Authorities, Environment Agency and other regulatory bodies.

Kathryn has extensive trial experience and has been involved in a number of high profile health and safety prosecutions. Kathryn also specialises in inquests and public inquiries.

Kathryn represents clients across a wide-range of industries including construction, facilities management, utilities, logistics, healthcare and hospitality. This encompasses the representation of public and private sector organisations as well as directors and other individuals who may need assistance or representation in relation to a criminal regulatory investigation and prosecution.

Kathryn is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers’ Association and the Women in Safety network. She contributes towards Kennedys’ publications and is an experienced public speaker, delivering training to clients and speaking at events.
