Jennifer Boldon
Profile
Jennifer is a London-based partner who trained and qualified in England and Wales in 1998 with Kennedys, and became partner in 2005. She is fluent in both written and spoken German.
Jennifer advises insurers and reinsurers on coverage, with a focus on financial lines, professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ liability (D&O) and fidelity. Her clients include (re)insurers, financial institutions, solicitors, trustees and accountants.
In particular, Jennifer specialises in complex high-value policy coverage (including product and public liability), advising on policy wordings and jurisdictional disputes (including those involving arbitration and mediation). Jennifer also acts in defence of directors and professionals in court proceedings and regulatory actions, which often include an international element.
Jennifer is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (Foil) and regularly lectures to insurers and reinsurers at the Lloyd’s Library on topics including financial institutions, professional indemnity, D&O policies and misunderstood clauses.
Jennifer contributed to the latest edition of Kennedys’ Claims Handling Law and Practice Guide, which was published in February 2021.
