Rebecca has been acting for clients faced with criminal investigations by the police, HSE, the Environment Agency and other regulatory bodies across a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, agriculture and the public sector for more than 20 years.

Rebecca has substantial experience of manslaughter cases and investigations and prosecutions under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and related regulations on behalf of businesses, public bodies and individuals. Additionally, her expertise includes challenging Prohibition and Improvement Notices and Notices of Contravention under the FFI scheme. 

Her approach is centred on providing quality advice and guidance to clients throughout investigations and prosecutions which are often highly charged and with high stakes.

Rebecca routinely represents clients at coroners’ inquests and advises clients on risk management and prevention.
