Harjinder Gill

Harjinder is a senior associate in our Leeds office. Harjinder has been practicing in the area of disease litigation for over 15 years.

His caseload is primarily asbestos-related claims litigated in the High Court. However, Harjinder has experience across a wide range of disease types such as asthma, dermatitis, silicosis, HAVS and NIHL.

Harjinder claims of a value in excess of £1million and has handled several cases in the Court of Appeal. Particularly he acted for the successful defendant in Johnson v MOD [2012] which changed the way courts approach s.14 Limitation Act 1980.

Harjinder is a “recommended lawyer” in the 2017-2021 Editions of The Legal 500.
