Emma handles the defence of catastrophic and large loss personal injury claims, arising from motor, employers’ and public liability and Animals Act claims.

Her specialist area of legal work regularly sees her dealing with cases of the utmost severity, involving brain damage, spinal injury, tetraplegia, paraplegia, amputations, damage to the senses and chronic pain. Additionally, she provides valuable advice on causation issues and motor indemnity and MIB matters.
