Jamie Lin

Jamie is a Senior Associate in Kennedys Healthcare Team in Hong Kong.  Qualified in Hong Kong, Jamie is experienced in handling a wide range of medical negligence claims and medico-legal matters.  She advises the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Medical Protection, insurers and private medical practitioners on civil claims, disciplinary proceedings of healthcare regulatory bodies and other medico-legal matters, including complaints or enquiries about data privacy and discrimination.

Prior to her focus on Healthcare, Jamie handled a wide range of employees’ compensation, personal injuries and property damage claims, primarily acting for the defendants upon instructions of their insurers or on a private basis.  She has also advised clients on insurance policy issues and labour disputes.  Aside from civil litigation, she has also been engaged in criminal cases involving construction safety regulations.
