Medical law roundtable

We are delighted to host our next Medical Law Group in-person breakfast roundtable at our Birmingham office on Tuesday 8 July 2025.

During this event, experts from our UK Medical Law Group will be on hand to discuss practical aspects, risks to consider and the legal frameworks in relation to medical law matters. We will discuss medical law matters involving court of protection and mental health with a particular focus on the practicalities and legal frameworks surrounding the safe discharge of patients from hospital and care settings.
