You will gain the relevant skills to resolve conflicts in a non-adversarial way, through active listening, self awareness, questioning, analysis and logical and creative thinking. We encourage parties to consider options, identify issues and work towards an agreement that will satisfy the needs of all parties. 

This session will be relevant to the next generation professionals working in the insurance industry, with 0-5 years' experience within the professional liability sector.
